Process Flow
(1) Washer——first pass the original fruit through the washing machine for cleaning.
(2) Sort conveyor——the cleaned raw fruit is selected by the elevator, and the bad raw fruit is picked out and removed
(3) Juicing and beating —— the fruit is peeled and cored to squeeze the juice. There are many types of juicers, which can be selected according to the types of fruits and vegetables. Fruits need to be crushed or pre-cooked before juicing, which can increase the juice extraction rate
(4) Concentration —— Juice that has been squeezed and pulped is transported to the concentration tank and evaporator for concentration through a transfer pump. The concentration tank and evaporator should also be selected according to the output and product environment requirements.
(5) Holding Tank —— Transport the concentrated jam juice to the storage tank through a transfer pump for the next process
(6) Sterilizer——the jam juice in the storage tank is delivered to the sterilization machine or sterilization pipeline through the transfer pump for sterilization.
(7) Aseptic filler ——Finally, the product is filled through the filling machine. The choice of the filling machine depends on the form of the filled container, such as the filling of aseptic bags, glass bottles and other containers.
